Delivery & Returns

Shipping:

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders delivered within the UK and £25 fixed rate on each shipment to the rest of the world.

We use FedEx or UPS courier service to deliver the majority of our customer parcels. For small parcels such as wallets we use Royal Mail Tracked Service. Please note this applies to delivery in the United Kingdom only.

Orders in the UK and Europe may take 3-5 working days to arrive, whilst international orders can take up to 7 working days or more.


Return:

We offer a FREE refund or exchange for all full price items within 14 days of the delivery date; Items must be in their unused, undamaged, original condition and packaging with all of the SEVDA LONDON product tags attached and any related accessories and/or instruction booklets included.

Items marked FINAL SALE and SAMPLE SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. All sales are final.

We can schedule for the return of your item(s) through our courier service. Please contact Customer Services at contactus@sevdalondon.com.

All prices are inclusive of 20% VAT on all orders dispatched within the UK and EU and is zero rated on sales to customers outside the EU.

Delivery addresses outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes placed by the destination country. We are unable to estimate or adjust these costs or provide refunds on customs duties.
