Delivery Information
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched via DHL Express.
UK: Complimentary DHL Express Delivery (1–2 business days).
Europe: DHL Express (3–5 business days).
Rest of the World: DHL Express (up to 7 business days).
International Orders:
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom are sold excluding UK VAT. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your local customs authority upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer. If any charges apply, DHL Express will contact you directly before delivery.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs clearance procedures or other factors beyond our control.
Free & Easy Returns
We offer FREE refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and booklets included.
