By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms and Conditions.

In order to place an order, you will be required to open an account and / or provide complete and accurate personal details on the order form. This will include: title, surname, first name, email address, telephone number, delivery and invoicing address.

When we receive your order, you will receive an automated e-mail reply acknowledging the receipt. No contract shall come into existence until we have accepted your order. We will accept your order via a confirmatory e-mail (Confirmation of Order), which will confirm that we are able to send you the goods you have ordered, as well as the price and the estimated delivery date.

You must immediately check all of the details contained in the Confirmation of Order, and we advise you to print and keep a copy. Should there be any discrepancies, please email immediately.

If an order requests several items to be sent to the same address, depending on availability and other factors, it may be necessary that these items may be dispatched separately, and therefore we cannot guarantee delivery of all the items on the same day.

Every precaution has been taken by us in the preparation of the content of our website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are accurate at the time of posting the product on the website and that all products are fairly described. However, your order may not be accepted if there are material errors in the description of the goods you have ordered or their prices. All prices and offers are subject to change.

We have aimed to ensure that the colours of our products appearing on our website are as near as possible to the actual colour of the product. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your computer equipment, and accordingly, we are unable to guarantee the precise colour of the product upon delivery.

All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible in the event that the goods you have ordered are unavailable. In the event that the goods that you have ordered are unavailable, a full refund will be offered.

In the event of non-arrival, please contact Customer Service at and quote the reference number shown on the receipt.

We retain the right to refuse any order.


All payments made on are secure. You may pay by Debit or Credit card. We accept payment with Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as PayPal, or another alternative payment method specified to your geographical location.

All Credit/Debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment, your order will be cancelled, and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of us processing of your Credit/Debit card payment in accordance with your order.


Domestic Payments (within The UK)


Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data temporarily on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify temporarily stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

International Payment (Outside The UK):

We partnered with Global-e, a third-party reputable global fulfilment service, to act as our seller-on-record allowing us to ship globally. After completing your SEVDA LONDON purchase, you will notice that your payment method is charged by Global-e// Sevda London, and your purchase is subject to Global-e's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (which will be clearly presented at checkout before you place your order).

This allows you to buy such Merchandise from Global-e in your local currency and at a price that includes any applicable sales taxes (such as VAT), plus international delivery costs and fees (Delivery Costs) and, if available for pre-payment, any import duties, tariffs and similar fees that may be imposed by the delivery destination country (Import Charges). 

Please note that product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation. 

Whilst we make every effort to try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, sometimes despite our best efforts, errors may occur. We normally will verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a pricing error is found in your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If you choose to cancel your order, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your Credit/Debit card for the products. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.


All prices are displayed on the website in UK Sterling (GBP). Unless otherwise indicated, these are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).

For products purchased outside of the UK, the currency will change depending on the country, and the amount of VAT or equivalent sales tax will be displayed separately to the product price and is payable by you. You will be responsible also to pay any import or export duties, tariffs or similar costs charged as a result of your order.

These can be seen at the checkout with Global-e, where you can opt to pay taxes at checkout.

Please note that the duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through SEVDA LONDON. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.



Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.


All deliveries are made from SEVDA LONDON and are delivered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and require a signature; if the recipient is not available, the item may be held by courier.

We use DHL courier service to deliver the majority of our customer parcels and ADDISON LEE or BRISQQ for same or next day delivery in London.

For small parcels such as wallets we use Royal Mail Tracked Service. Please note this applies to delivery in the United Kingdom only.

We offer free UK shipping and great international shipping rates for the rest of the world. Our delivery charges are calculated according to the size, weight and destination of the order.

Orders in the UK and Europe may take 3-5 working days to arrive, whilst international orders can take up to 7 working days or more.

We aim to dispatch the goods ordered by you as soon as possible after your order has been accepted by us to the postal address you have given in your order.

Delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed, although we make every reasonable effort to deliver the products by any quoted delivery date. Some of our products are sell-off items with limited stocks and the stocks may not be replenished when sold out. If this is the case, we will inform you via email. You then have the right to amend or cancel your order with a full refund.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. SEVDA LONDON is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or any other factors.

Title of the goods shall pass to you at the time payment for the goods is received by us in full. Risk of any product ordered will pass to you upon dispatch of your order.

Please note that the duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through SEVDA LONDON. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.


The products will be your responsibility at the time of delivery. Therefore, if the packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, please check the contents of the package in the presence of the carrier in order to verify the condition of the products.

Ownership of the products will pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.


The following Return & Cancellation Policy does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Bureau.


If you cancel before we process the delivery of any goods your money will be refunded and the goods will not be delivered. 

FULL PRICE and SALE merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items marked FINAL SALE and SAMPLE SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. All sales are final.

We will offer a FREE refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date; Items must be in their unused, undamaged, original condition and packaging with all of the SEVDA LONDON product tags attached, any related accessories and/or instruction booklets included.

Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns or anything where we reasonably believe to have been used will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Upon receipt of returned goods, SEVDA LONDON reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

You have the right to cancel orders for certain products purchased from within 14 working days from the day on which the product in question was delivered. Please note that this cancellation right does not apply to certain items including, but not limited to:

  • Items marked FINAL SALE and SAMPLE SALE 

  • Goods made to your specification or which have been clearly personalised

  • Services if we have started to provide them before the end of the 14 working day cancellation period

  • SEVDA Bespoke


Please provide us with written notice by email within the delivery and shipping period and give details of the products ordered, and (where appropriate) their delivery date.


If you cancel before the delivery of any goods your money will be refunded and the goods will not be delivered.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the product has been delivered, please place the product securely in its original packaging and return it to us with your shipping note.


Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.

Please note Credit/Debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days or more for your bank to complete, depending on your bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence or affect this issue.

The refund will include the full value of the items returned, including UK taxes, but excluding shipping or return courier costs.

Please retain your shipping note until you have received your refund.

If the product(s) you are returning was/(were) purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency as the purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

All items being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

No refund or exchange will be offered on products that are returned to us incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered or anything where we reasonably believe the products to be used.

We strongly recommend when returning items to us, you use recorded, registered, or special delivery, as we are unable to refund any items, which are lost in the post and delivery. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.


If you are exchanging a product, and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via your original payment method, if done within 14 days of the original delivery date.

If exchanging goods, and the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required at the time the exchange is requested.

Upon exchanging a product, you will be required to pay the new postage and packaging charge, and restock fees, if any. Please also retain your original invoice as this may be asked for as a proof of purchase.

We are committed to satisfying our customers and guarantee against defects in materials and/or workmanship. If you believe there is a defect in materials and/or workmanship, we suggest returning the item to the place of purchase, or simply contact Customer Services at who will be able to advise you of the next step, whether it will be a repair, replacement or credit.

We take our customer care very seriously and believe this should continue once you have taken your product home with you!


SEVDA LONDON handbags are protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year (12 months) limited guarantee (proof of purchase required), which should help put your mind at ease when purchasing our products.

If the handbag or small leather good proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with the same or comparable product. Defective handbags will not be returned to the customer.

Conditions and Exclusions

The guarantee does not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any other party other than SEVDA LONDON.


We carry a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase on SEVDA LONDON products resulting from a manufacturing defect (such as broken hardware).

During the guarantee period and if a repair is possible, any refurbishment work will be carried out free of charge by SEVDA LONDON (proof of purchase will be required).

SEVDA LONDON also offers a repairs service for goods that are outside of their guarantee period.

Once you request a repair, our Customer Services will be in contact with you within two business days with a quote and information on how to send your merchandise back to us for repair. It may be necessary to provide proof of purchase in order to confirm that your repair request is covered by our policy.

Please be aware that repairs may take up to twelve weeks or more in some cases.

To arrange a repair please return the item to the place of purchase or simply contact Customer Services at who will be able to advise you on the next step.



The right care will preserve the beauty of your scarf and enable it to be passed on from generation to generation.

• Do not wash your scarf. Send your scarf to a professional dry cleaner.
• Direct the dry cleaner to pay close attention to the hand-rolled edge, which should never be pressed.
• Please remember that silk can easily be damaged and get stains by contact with water. Protect it from the rain.
• Try to avoid using scarf clips, rings, pins or brooches that might puncture a hole or pull a thread.
• Iron on a clean, flat surface. Always use the lowest heat setting and iron on the reverse side.
• Do not spray or wet silk while ironing as you may get water stains.
• Place a press cloth or light-coloured handkerchief over the top of your silk scarf and focus on key areas of wrinkling. Do not drag the iron across the fabric. Gently press down on wrinkled areas, then lift the iron and allow the area to cool.
• Keep your scarf folded in its original box when stored. Never store your scarf in a drawer alongside sharp items such as jewellery, belt buckles, zips.

If you want to keep your product looking its best, we do have a few tips;

• Please treat your bag delicately, avoid over-loading.
• Avoid leaving your leather piece in direct sunlight and avoid high temperatures.
• Do not expose your bag to very wet or damp weather conditions.
• Blot any residual water immediately with a lint-free light-coloured absorbent cloth if your product gets wet and allow it to dry naturally.
• Avoid placing your bag on rough or sharp surfaces to prevent scratching and marking.
• Care should be taken when wearing light coloured and delicate garments to prevent colour transfer.
• Prevent any contact with alcohol (perfumes, solvents) and grease (make-up).
• Cleaning with any solvents or chemicals is not recommended. For surface stains, we recommend cleaning with a soft, damp cloth with water.
• If stains occur, a specialist dry cleaner is recommended.
• When not in use, we recommend keeping your leather item in its soft care bag in a cool and dry environment.
